Lead complex, large-scale project delivery across global environments, ensuring strict governance, budget control, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
• Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and financial management for assigned portfolios.
• Drive transformation and change management initiatives within multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure project governance and risk mitigation.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, and Salesforce to track progress and manage workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise or global delivery environments.
• Strong expertise in SDLC and enterprise project delivery lifecycle.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem management.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Zendesk.
• Proven ability to manage multi-vendor relationships and complex dependencies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Scrum or Agile Certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.).
• Atlassian or Salesforce Certifications.
