Responsibilities

• Manage platform design, development, and deployment activities, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
• Capture and prioritize platform requirements by collaborating with developers, AI scientists, and operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication on project status and platform value.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure platform effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Drive execution and delivery for cloud-based AI infrastructure platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing cloud-based platforms, ideally in biotech, pharma, or scientific environments.
• Deep understanding of AWS and Cloud Computing principles.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience supporting ML infrastructure, including model training, deployment, and GPU workloads.
• Strong project management skills capable of coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and access control in containerized environments.
