Description

Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical quality standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive execution and resolve issues.
• Oversee Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and project tracking.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and resource allocation while providing proactive status updates.
• Collaborate with technical teams on AWS, APIs, microservices, and data engineering initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, project metrics, and stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience managing software development and technology projects.
• Strong understanding of AWS, APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to produce executive-level reports and project metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
