Description

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native applications and platform features. You own the release pipeline, ensuring projects meet functional and non-functional requirements within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Define project vision and align resources with business outcomes by collaborating with stakeholders and functional heads.
• Lead, groom, and coach technical teams, ensuring they have the necessary expertise for infrastructure, development, and deployment.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party digital capabilities, such as payment gateways and location services, into the platform.
• Establish metrics to track development progress, validating deliverables against the product roadmap and release plans.
• Support operational teams with onboarding, training, and resolving functional or non-functional issues post-release.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering leadership roles.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of API lifecycle management, including REST and GraphQL technologies.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
• Ability to direct teams using reusable libraries, frameworks, or low-code/no-code platforms for rapid development.
• Experience with third-party API integrations and service evaluation.
• Strong business analysis skills to define technology stacks required for cross-functional execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office products for documentation and reporting.
• Background in systems support and operational validation.
