You will manage technical programs and initiatives within high-volume production environments. You produce program roadmaps, documentation, and executive-level communications. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks. You perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to communicate results. You represent Workforce Solutions initiatives in broader program management discussions. You mentor team members on best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program and project management experience.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Direct experience engaging with Senior Leadership.
• Proficiency with SQL, Splunk, or comparable technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing project management and team leadership.
• Ability to perform data-driven analysis focused on business growth and customer value.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience.
