Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs from inception through execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery across multiple product lines and technology stacks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Engineering Leads to define and prioritize digital capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables ensuring compliance with architecture and security standards.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure sprint goals are met across distributed teams.
• Champion user-centric design and report on KPIs to track program health and outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in technical program management, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• 5 years managing client-facing digital platforms.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines.
• Strong understanding of API ecosystems and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar programs with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like SEC and FINRA.
• Skills in Python and Terraform.
