Description

You will manage technical programs and initiatives within high-volume production environments, delivering roadmaps, documentation, and executive communications while mentoring teams on best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce program roadmaps, documentation, and executive-level communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to communicate results to stakeholders.
• Represent Workforce Solutions initiatives in broader program management discussions.
• Mentor team members on best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program and project management experience.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Direct experience engaging with Senior Leadership.
• Proficiency with SQL, Splunk, or comparable technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing project management and team leadership.
• Ability to perform data-driven analysis focused on business growth and customer value.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience.
