Description

You will own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise clients, translating business objectives into actionable delivery strategies across the full SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, work-back schedules, and budgets to ensure delivery within scope and on time.
• Lead Agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, manage scope, and align delivery with broader organizational priorities.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating critical items to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to define test strategies, manage release schedules, and ensure deployment readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects for enterprise clients, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong hands-on experience managing projects across the full SDLC, including requirements, design, build, testing, and stabilization.
• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Proficiency with PMIS and DevOps tools such as GitHub, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create and drive project vision, scope documentation, and resourcing plans.
• Experience working closely with engineering, QA, and release teams in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills for leading client meetings and providing executive-level status updates.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with Zensar in-house project management and resource management tools.
