Responsibilities

• Execute critical technology initiatives and manage cross-functional teams to deliver approved solutions.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and accurate work estimates in collaboration with technical partners.
• Monitor project health, communicating status, metrics, and accomplishments to stakeholders via reports and scorecards.
• Manage project budgets, focusing on approved technical funding, cost containment, and necessary approvals.
• Direct technical vendor teams and review all vendor deliverables for quality and compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall technology experience.
• 6 years of project management experience managing medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams.
• 4 years of experience using project management and resource planning tools to build and execute actionable plans.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and enforce technical cost containment.
• Experience in labor forecasting and resource staffing.
• Strong analytical skills to provide technical guidance and problem-solving direction to project teams.
• Ability to manage technical vendor deliverables and engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
