Description

You will own end-to-end project execution for complex IT initiatives, managing 3+ simultaneous projects from inception through production implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end project and release plans from scratch for GCP cloud, BI, and Data ETL initiatives.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams within the Global Delivery Model, ensuring alignment across business stakeholders, SMEs, developers, and testers.
• Execute Agile SCRUM methodologies to drive project delivery and manage client-facing relationships.
• Participate in technical solutioning, review architecture documents and system diagrams, and maintain continuous technical learning.
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly status reports to track progress and mitigate risks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total IT experience.
• 10+ years of experience technically leading 3+ projects simultaneously.
• 10+ years owning and executing end-to-end projects from inception to production.
• 7+ years developing end-to-end Project Plans and Release Plans from scratch.
• 4+ years managing GCP cloud projects, including onboarding and enablement.
• Experience with Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data ETL projects.
• 3+ years applying Agile SCRUM project execution methodology.
• 10+ years leading onshore and offshore teams in a Global Delivery Model.
• Ability to understand technical solutioning, architecture documents, and system diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated continuous technical learning path with relevant certifications.
• Experience managing complex GCP Cloud Platform onboarding projects.
