Description

You will lead the technical onboarding and phased rollout of a new platform across multiple counties and stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor coordination and implementation support to ensure structured platform onboarding.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through regular meetings, workshops, and progress tracking.
• Oversee technical integration efforts involving file uploads, configuration, and API usage.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate issue resolution and troubleshooting between stakeholders and vendors.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, ideally in government or public-sector environments.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and integration efforts.
• 8+ years of experience developing project plans, managing timelines, and mitigating risks.
• 8+ years of experience coordinating with government entities and managing distributed teams.
• 8+ years of experience communicating with diverse stakeholders and external vendors.
• 5+ years of experience with data exchange methods, including APIs and system integrations.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Technical Integration, Issue Resolution, Troubleshooting, and Change Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in complex multi-vendor or multi-team IT environments.
• Experience with large-scale system rollouts in the public sector.
