Description

You will own the technical coordination and execution of software development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases from initiation through deployment.
• Plan projects, report status, create metrics, and manage the backlog.
• Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality align with requirements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.
• Track progress with development teams and resolve technical bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery.
• Deep experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Proven background implementing new web applications from scratch.
• Hands-on experience as a full stack developer using TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong technical understanding of operating systems and software stack layers.
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems and lead teams to solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and metric creation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing technical debt alongside feature development.
