Description

You will manage the execution of transformation initiatives and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the Client Onboarding and Regulatory Data Services group.

Responsibilities

• Manage product feature backlogs by planning, prioritizing, and assessing the value of stories, epics, and themes.
• Develop testing approaches and coordinate test cycle schedules with release management teams.
• Lead UAT preparation, planning, and execution, including the creation of test scenarios and scripts for regression testing.
• Identify project risks and defects, developing mitigation plans and overseeing defect management.
• Partner with technology teams to develop automated tests and provide regular reporting on testing progress and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional project management experience within a financial institution.
• Experience with Client and Third-Party Reference Data management, including KYC and AML processes and regulations.
• Direct experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
• Deep understanding of the testing life cycle.
• Experience managing the end-to-end project lifecycle within a structured project management framework.
• Proficiency with project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business terms to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing client onboarding workflows and regulatory data services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile Scrum development environments.
• Background in program coordination and administration.
