Description

You will lead the development and implementation of complex technical projects using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from inception through delivery.
• Coordinate project tasks and oversee contract management.
• Drive the software development lifecycle using requirements management, configuration management, and testing tools.
• Direct technical efforts involving .NET, web applications, COTs, and databases.

Required Skills

• 12 years of experience leading efforts within an Agile SDLC environment.
• 12 years of experience using SDLC tools for requirements, configuration management, and testing.
• 4 years of experience with custom-built Salesforce applications.
• 2 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• PMI certification (PMP), Six Sigma, Scrum, or SAFe.
• Technical background in .NET, web applications, COTs, and databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (4 years of additional experience may substitute for a Master's degree).
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
