Description

You will lead the AI team and manage the delivery of production-grade machine learning models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor data engineers, MLOps engineers, and machine learning engineers to meet project deliverables.
  • Contribute to AI/ML architecture design and implementation.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scope, quality, timelines, and process adherence.
  • Coordinate engagement between teams in India and the US.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans while tracking project progress and delivery status.
  • Propose engineering and research practices for scaling ML-powered features.

Required Skills

  • 12 to 16 years of total professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading or managing AI/ML projects.
  • 2+ years of experience working within the US Health insurance domain.
  • Hands-on experience with the full MLOps pipeline, from data ingestion to production.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other public cloud platforms.
  • Experience managing Data Engineers and MLOps workflows.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
