Description

You will lead and manage multiple parallel software development lifecycles, owning the full process from requirements gathering through to rollout.

Responsibilities

• Manage all software development activities, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Drive teamwork and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Handle customer interactions, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and risk management.
• Mentor team members and manage performance to maintain high delivery standards.
• Ensure adherence to Agile (SCRUM) frameworks throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of professional experience in software engineering or project management.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing complex software development projects in Java.
• 4-5 years of hands-on programming experience developing web and distributed applications using Java/JEE.
• Strong technical background in Java and JEE ecosystems.
• Proven experience working within Agile (SCRUM) development frameworks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and managing team performance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while handling multiple parallel projects.
