Description

Lead technical product builds from concept to deployment within the BFSI or FinTech domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead product delivery from initial concept through deployment, ensuring projects remain within budget and on schedule.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports while managing dependencies and escalations.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and engineering leads to define requirements, prioritization, and delivery cadence.
• Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and DevOps to validate technical solutions and manage trade-offs.
• Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks by conducting sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and Scrum of Scrums.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically with complex BFSI deliverables.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency with PM tools including JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello.
• Expertise in managing multi-platform projects and driving technical convergence with stakeholders.
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint for performance tracking and leadership reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and technical dependencies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Knowledge of retail products such as Core Banking, Cards, or Mortgages, and collections/recoveries processes.
