Description

Lead technical product development cycles and manage cross-functional engineering teams in a large-scale environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 10 or more members through the full product development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and perform complex code reviews to support engineering decisions.
• Manage offshore teams and coordinate across different time zones to ensure continuous delivery.
• Drive product development initiatives similar to those found in FAANG-scale environments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in technical project management or engineering leadership.
• Proven track record leading teams of at least 10 members.
• Direct experience in product development.
• Ability to perform complex code analysis and guide technical implementation.
• Experience managing and supporting offshore teams.
• Experience working within FAANG-like product development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with offshore time support.
