Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of telecom-focused technology programs, including digital platforms, network systems, and middleware integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of telecom programs involving order orchestration, billing, and network provisioning.
• Define project scope, milestones, dependency management, and resource planning for concurrent projects.
• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation by collaborating with architects on cloud-native designs and APIs.
• Manage Agile delivery processes, including Jira backlog ownership, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Mitigate technical and operational risks while providing executive-level status reporting and budget tracking.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management.
• Deep telecom domain expertise in OSS/BSS, wireless, or network systems.
• Proficiency in managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of Microservices, APIs, REST, and middleware integrations.
• Experience with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and release planning in enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for communicating with engineering, security, and executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Agile, SAFe, or Scrum certifications.
• Cloud provider certifications.
