Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including delivery approach, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
Drive project progress by continuously tracking, reporting, and updating project artifacts to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, technical deep dives, cross-functional workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Identify, document, and manage project risks to mitigate potential issues proactively.
Maintain clear and tailored communication with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in technical settings, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Experience working closely with IT teams on infrastructure projects, including low voltage cabling, audio/video conference solutions, and Office 365 integrations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
Preferred certifications include PMP, ITIL, and familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
