Description

Manage large, complex programs and cloud-based application support activities within defined budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver programs with a TCV of $3-5 million while adhering to established processes and quality standards.
  • Implement governance models involving both internal and customer stakeholders to track operational and logistic decisions.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure application support meets defined SLAs.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including SLA, MTTR, MTTA, and MTBF.
  • Own and manage major incidents across production and lower environments, identifying areas for automation and transformation.

Required Skills

  • 10-15 years of total professional experience.
  • Strong technical background in Java-based applications.
  • Proficiency with Microservices and REST APIs.
  • Experience managing large cloud-based applications.
  • Expertise in analyzing, troubleshooting, and rectifying application and infrastructure issues.
  • Hands-on experience with telemetry and monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Siebel CRM and customer-based application platforms.
  • Understanding of GraphDB and GraphQL technologies.
