What's the Job?

• Facilitate project meetings, technical deep dives, and stakeholder engagement sessions for IT infrastructure construction projects.
• Own project planning activities including roadmap development, objectives, requirements, critical path management, resourcing, dependencies, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Take over projects mid-flight as needed to ensure seamless progress and delivery.
• Participate in large, cross-functional digital and physical projects, representing IT and collaborating with primary construction project managers.
• Work with IT vendors to confirm shipping lead times and order status of general IT, audio/video, and network equipment.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, or IT Consultant with enterprise IT solution rollout experience.
• Proven ability to manage medium-scale technology initiatives across cross-functional teams with complex deployments.
• Solid understanding of project management practices and experience working within Agile teams.
• Experience creating dashboards, roadmaps, and executive-level reports.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
