Description

This role manages complex technical project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery through rigorous planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including delivery approaches, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
• Drive project progress by continuously tracking, reporting, and updating project artifacts to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, technical deep dives, cross-functional workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Identify, document, and manage project risks to mitigate potential issues proactively.
• Maintain clear and tailored communication with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technical settings, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Experience working closely with IT teams on infrastructure projects, including low voltage cabling, audio/video conference solutions, and Office 365 integrations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
• Experience working with Data Centers.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or ITIL certification.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
