Description

Facilitate project meetings, technical deep dives, and stakeholder engagement for IT infrastructure construction projects. Own project planning, roadmap development, critical path management, and resourcing. Manage medium-scale technology initiatives across cross-functional teams, including taking over mid-flight projects to ensure seamless delivery. Coordinate with IT vendors on equipment shipping and order status.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning activities, including roadmap development, objectives, and schedule management.
• Facilitate technical deep dives and stakeholder engagement sessions for IT infrastructure projects.
• Manage complex deployments across cross-functional teams, intervening mid-flight when necessary.
• Coordinate with IT vendors to confirm shipping lead times and order status for network and AV equipment.
• Create dashboards, roadmaps, and executive-level reports to track progress and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, or IT Consultant.
• Proven experience with enterprise IT solution rollouts and medium-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management practices and experience working within Agile teams.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Ability to manage critical paths, resourcing, and stakeholder communication effectively.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and project dashboards.
• Any Graduate degree.
