Description

You will coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies for product engineering initiatives across product, engineering, QA, and UX teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed project schedules and trackers using Azure DevOps or MS Project.
• Generate project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Track budgets, resource allocations, and milestone completion.
• Identify risks and blockers to collaborate with stakeholders on swift resolution.
• Facilitate sprint and release planning alongside technical leads and Scrum Masters.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in project or program coordination within software or product engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and MS Project.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with SaaS product development and release management.
• Proven ability to create and deliver status reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Experience working across global teams and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP certification.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms, or AI/ML concepts.
