Description

Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for AI/ML programs, coordinating technical teams to deliver LLM, NLP, and computer vision solutions aligned with business outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation and integration of RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
• Define technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and review deliverables to ensure correctness and performance.
• Coordinate technical teams to deliver LLM/NLP/computer vision solutions aligned to business outcomes and quality targets.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs across engineering, product, and stakeholders while maintaining delivery discipline.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years leading AI/ML projects in a technical capacity.
• Project management experience leading technical delivery for software or AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, NLP, and computer vision concepts.
• Practical knowledge of RAG-based systems, vector databases, and embedding models.
• Proficiency in Python for technical evaluation, prototyping, and delivery support.

Preferred Skills

• TensorFlow experience for AI/ML model development or evaluation.
