Description

You will own the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Java/J2EE applications and containerized services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Java/J2EE applications from initial requirements through to production deployment.
• Develop microservices using Spring Boot, SOAP, and REST architectures.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker, ECR, ECS, and Fargate.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS, including S3, SQS, EC2, Kubernetes, and Lambda.
• Manage relational database interactions using SQL and Oracle.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with end-to-end design of JAVA/J2EE applications.
• 4+ years of experience with Spring, Spring Boot, XML, Hibernate, JSP, and SOAP/REST/Micro Services.
• 3+ years of experience with React.
• 1+ years of experience with AWS technologies: S3, SQS, EC2, Kubernetes, Docker, and Lambda.
• Experience developing and deploying containerized applications via Docker, ECR, ECS, and Fargate.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases like Oracle.
• Experience using Swagger or similar tools for API import into AWS API Gateway.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Experience with Cloudwatch.
• Mortgage industry experience.
