Description

You lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs across retail, e-commerce, and supply chain technology domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage program scope, objectives, roadmap, and success criteria with business and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
• Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of program/project management experience, including 6 years managing technology initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, project scheduling, and delivery tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MS Project.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms, APIs, Kafka, Cassandra, Pub/Sub, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software engineering processes, estimation techniques, and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain technology domains.
