Description

You will manage project portfolios and ensure alignment across complex programs using agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate project progress, budgets, schedules, and deliverables at the portfolio level.
• Maintain project dashboard reporting and comprehensive program documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and clients to ensure strict project alignment.
• Develop presentations, communications, and process flows to support program objectives.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from a PMO perspective, managing enterprise-scale systems and payments-related workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (medium to advanced level).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and the standard Office Suite.
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
• Direct experience managing both internal and external client relationships.
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams operating on different schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale systems and payments-related project workflows.
• Background in PMO oversight for large-scale programs.
