Description

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end BI and analytics programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full program delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop project roadmaps, establish milestones, and manage risks and issues.
  • Apply Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban to drive delivery.
  • Define and track supply chain-specific KPIs and metrics.
  • Translate technical data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management with a focus on BI and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Expertise in Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, or TFS.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
