Description

Lead engineering projects and implement scalable processes across hardware and software teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical programs, including milestones, schedules, budgets, and headcount visibility.
• Build timelines and integrations for new products while managing end-to-end asset lifecycles.
• Develop and drive new processes, recommend tools, and streamline existing workflows.
• Mitigate risks and issues by developing strategies across cross-functional engineering teams.
• Communicate project strategy, dependencies, and engineering issues to stakeholders and executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and surface major issues for quick resolution.
• Experience leading technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors.
• Strong product lifecycle knowledge and organizational skills.
• Technical aptitude demonstrated through relevant education or quantitative field experience.
• Ability to interact effectively with both technical management and non-technical groups.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data center operations.
