Description

You will serve as the onsite technical liaison between the customer and internal teams, managing performance engineering initiatives and technical project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for performance engineering and technical project initiatives.
• Lead performance analysis, tuning, and optimization efforts across applications and systems.
• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and align on priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, technical project management, or business/technical analysis.
• Strong understanding of system performance metrics, profiling tools, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
