Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise IT projects, coordinating technical resources, stakeholders, and release schedules to ensure scalable and resilient solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and milestones aligned with strategic objectives and technical specifications.
• Orchestrate multiple concurrent projects, managing dependencies, risks, and change control processes across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with the Chief Technology Office and agency business leaders to define project scope, quality standards, and release timelines.
• Monitor project health, prepare remediation plans for issues, and report status to stakeholders using industry-standard methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years in a project manager role owning full accountability for delivery on time and on budget.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise-wide IT implementations from conceptualization through deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and change management.
• Proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and MS Office suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) for documentation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-IT business users and lead efficient meetings in a matrix environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience delivering Intelligent Document Management or AI projects.
