Description

You will lead the Set Top Box Bootloader development team to deliver technical milestones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development team, defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities.
• Track project timelines, assess technical risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Execute Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and stakeholder management.
• Mentor and coach team members to support professional growth.
• Communicate project status and technical requirements through clear verbal and written business communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Deep knowledge of STB/DTV subsystems.
• Hands-on familiarity with Linux, drivers, and bootloaders, specifically ARM bootloaders.
• Experience with RDK frameworks.
• Proficiency in C and Embedded systems.
• Strong command of Agile project management workflows.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience in RDK-V.
• Knowledge of Yocto and experience interacting with open-source communities.
