Description

Manage coordination and administration for complex, large-scale projects with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 10+ personnel, including employees, consultants, and system integration vendors.
• Execute project governance, monitoring, and controlling processes to ensure alignment.
• Manage stakeholder communications and maintain relationships with external vendors and project staff.
• Oversee resource management and adhere to PMO practices and policies.
• Drive project delivery through negotiation, problem resolution, and team leadership.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and administration of large-scale projects.
• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) function.
• Proficiency with MS-Project, Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong skills in project governance, monitoring, and controlling.
• Expertise in stakeholder and communications management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Public Pension business operations, systems, and enabling technology.
• Experience with Agile, COTS, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Background in large-scale legacy system replacement projects and data conversions.
