Lead technical delivery and manage the full lifecycle of automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery, status tracking, reporting, and task distribution within Agile environments.
• Partner with business and technology teams to assess automation feasibility, develop solutions, and oversee RPA proof of concepts.
• Lead bot development, code reviews, and production deployment, integrating ML, OCR, and NLP systems.
• Maintain solution documentation (SDD), TO-BE process flows, release documents, and user training manuals.
• Handle operational activities including forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and timesheet tracking.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development and Project/Program Management.
• Hands-on development with MS Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop (Attended and Unattended).
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform SDK.
• Expertise in WEB API integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Experience building scalable, secure applications using Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in SQL, databases, CSS, and Javascript.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes, ideally using Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing reusable components within MSPA.
