Description

Lead Databricks and Power BI initiatives, bridging business requirements with offshore technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and IT requirements into actionable tasks for the offshore development team.
• Track project milestones, manage timelines, and resolve functional or technical blockers.
• Conduct Power BI report demos, gather user feedback, and coordinate adjustments with offshore teams.
• Present program accomplishments and progress to senior leadership.
• Manage multiple Data and BI projects simultaneously using Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Hands-on experience managing projects within an Agile framework.
• Proven experience working in an onshore-offshore model across different time zones.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• High-level understanding of the Databricks and Power BI landscape.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills for senior leadership engagement.
• Ability to drive technical discussions and product demos.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
