Description

You will lead integration projects for financial and ERP systems, managing scope, dependencies, and timelines through the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using work breakdown structures to align Agile team features, stories, and resources.
• Identify potential risks and execute mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize user requirements.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management, sponsors, and team members.
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure follow-through on assigned actions from detailed meeting notes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of disciplined project management experience leading custom product development from discovery through production deployment.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Deep experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, within SAFe or Scaled Agile environments.
• Experience with financial or ERP system integrations in a lead role.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in the Entertainment and Media industry is highly desired.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
