Description

You will lead integration projects for financial and ERP systems, managing scope, dependencies, and timelines through the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans using work breakdown structures to align Agile team features and resources.
• Identify potential risks and execute mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize requirements.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and sponsors.
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure follow-through on assigned actions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of disciplined project management experience leading custom product development from discovery through production.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Deep experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, within SAFe environments.
• Experience with financial or ERP system integrations in a lead role.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in the Entertainment and Media industry.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
