Description

Manage the execution of technical projects using full-stack open-source technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects using LAMP stack, Python, and JavaScript/Node.js.
• Direct cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across multiple sub-projects.
• Monitor progress, identify technical risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track KPIs, milestones, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and organizational blockers to drive project execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proficiency with Python, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience managing frontend frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing fixed bid projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills for complex technical workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms.
