Description

Manage execution of full-stack technical projects using open-source technologies.

You will lead and manage projects utilizing LAMP stack, Python, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks. Direct cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver complex technical projects. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Manage multiple sub-projects concurrently while tracking KPIs and reporting milestones to stakeholders. Support engineering teams by resolving technical and organizational challenges to drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects using LAMP stack, Python, and Node.js.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Deep understanding of LAMP Stack, Python, and JavaScript (Node.js).
• Hands-on familiarity with Angular, React, and Vue.js.
• Proven experience leading teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience managing fixed bid projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Any Graduate degree.
