Description

You will lead large-scale, complex programs by coordinating technical program managers, BAs, development, and QA teams to ensure milestone delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor overall program progress to ensure all milestones are met across various projects.
• Manage stakeholders and drive execution of cross-team project plans to meet business goals.
• Define program controls, including processes, procedures, and reporting structures.
• Mitigate risks and issues throughout the program life cycle and implement corrective measures.
• Facilitate agile practices and coach teams to ensure high-velocity value delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• 8 years of full-stack development experience including .NET, Angular, React, Node, Oracle, and SQL.
• Experience overseeing multi-functional teams of more than 15 members.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Azure, or AWS for cloud-based software development.
• Strong proficiency in Program Management and Project Management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an Engineering background.

• Experience in account management involving mining and demonstrated growth.
• Product owner mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer value.
