Description

Lead end-to-end Data and Analytics development projects, managing teams of 25–30 members to drive deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs.
• Interpret stakeholder needs to create functional and technical documentation for BI solutions.
• Direct the redesign of existing data models and architecture to improve performance, quality, and governance.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance on data modeling, application design, and performance tuning.
• Prioritize tasks across team leads and manage multiple workstreams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management or leadership.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end Data and Analytics development projects.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Big Data and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with analytical tools.
