Description

Manage complex, highly technical projects through the full lifecycle for multiple Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution schedules and direct team members on specific work tasks.
• Collect requirements and ensure project plans are documented and agreed upon by stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional work to deliver projects on schedule.
• Identify and raise risks, blockers, and competing priorities to relevant parties.
• Train and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum processes and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• 3+ years of technical program management experience in a SaaS/B2B environment.
• Proven track record of delivering and implementing complex projects.
• Expertise in the Atlassian Suite, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Strong domain expertise in enterprise applications and engineering technology stacks, particularly in FinTech or business technology.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data, trends, and user feedback to drive decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
