Description

Lead end-to-end Data and Analytics development projects, managing teams of 25-30 members to drive delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs.
• Interpret stakeholder needs to create functional and technical documentation for BI solutions.
• Redesign data models and architecture to improve performance, data quality, and governance.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance on data modeling and application design.
• Prioritize tasks across team leads to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management or leadership.
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Data and Analytics development projects.
• Strong proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency with ETL tools and analytical tools.
• Working knowledge of Big Data and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing large teams and prioritizing tasks.

• Ability to establish best practices and standards for effective solution delivery.
