Description

You will manage the migration of on-premises applications to Microsoft Azure, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and cloud architects.

Responsibilities

• Own the migration roadmap by translating business goals into technical requirements and deliverables.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with Azure best practices and business priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to resolve blockers.
• Gather functional and non-functional requirements, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify migration risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in program management or technical leadership.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Cloud Architect.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure environments and cloud architecture.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Strong Program Management capabilities with a focus on delivery.
• Experience managing on-premises to cloud migrations.
• Ability to document detailed use cases and technical requirements.
• Experience with Cloud DevOps workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Track cloud costs and monitor KPIs to ensure migration efforts meet technical and budgetary requirements.
• Oversee application testing and validation to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
