Description

You will lead application development projects at a program level to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple application development projects to ensure they meet program goals and budget constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Management, QA, Operations, and Senior Leadership.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks by developing effective contingency plans.
• Manage resource allocation and dependencies across various projects.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management with a focus on application development.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects at a program level.
• Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or similar project management certification.
