Description

You will oversee two large-scale data transformation projects within the Data Governance organization. Your focus is on data management, ensuring successful delivery through rigorous planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize communication processes and mechanisms across multiple teams.
• Manage data transformation project lifecycles using Rally for tracking and reporting.
• Identify problems early and drive resolution with a sense of urgency.
• Produce high-quality executive communication materials, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Required Skills

• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience with Rally for project management and tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Strong background in Data Management and Data Governance.
• Exceptional written and oral executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve issues quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Background in hybrid work environments in Cincinnati, OH.
