Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects.
• Plan, track, and monitor project activities and timelines.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Support project transitions and business adoption activities.
• Work closely with onsite and offshore teams.
• Resolve project escalations and delivery challenges.
• Ensure quality standards and project governance are followed.

Experience Required:

• 10-14 years of overall IT experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
• Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Java-based applications and integrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with project planning, tracking, and delivery management.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and team management skills.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Cloud project exposure is a plus.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
