Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, managing scope, risks, and timelines for Java-based applications and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between development, testing, and business teams in an Agile environment.
• Monitor project activities, track timelines, and manage dependencies to resolve delivery challenges.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and manage risk, issues, and escalations.
• Support project transitions, business adoption, and quality governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 8-10 years in Project or Program Management.
• Strong understanding of Java-based applications and system integrations.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments with onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Expertise in project planning, tracking, delivery management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong risk management and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud projects.
